HIROSHIMA AND NAGASAKI REMEMBERANCE CEREMONY
Date and time : 5th August (Sat) 2023 at 11 AM
Place : Victoria Park, Ballard Lane, Finchley N3 2EB
By the Commemorative Cherry Tree (next to the café) in rememberance of victims of the atomic bombs dropped on the Japanese cities on 6th and 9th August 1945. A minute of silence will be held in memory of the victim of nuclear weapons and war generally. Participants are invited to bring flowers to lay beneath the tree and to share tea and thoughts afterwards at the café。

*なお、JA より盆踊り参加者を 4 名募集いたします。 ご希望のかたはevent@japanassociation.org.ukまたは、 07957548023 までお知らせください。この 4 名の方に はサンドイッチ、スナック、ドリンクが用意されます。
Japan 祭り ボランティア募集
皆さまご存知のように、10月1日(日)、 トラファルガー広場で Japan 祭りが開催されます。これにちなみ、毎回のようにボランティアを募集いたします。 内容は、
1阿波踊りへの参加(9 月に専門の方をお呼びして 2 回練習の予定)
2 ブースのお手伝い
3 着物の着付け
ご興味のおありになるかたは、event@japanassociation.org.uk または Tel: 0757 548 023 までご連絡ください。 また、着物用の小物やつけ帯などをお持ちの方、拝借できると幸いです。責任を持って管理させていただきます。
